Royal Rice is the guy to see. Vehicles come with a lifetime warranty! They practiced social distancing and employees are masked. The process of buying a car took about an hour. In the past at other dealers, it has taken all day (or longer). This was a nice relief. We love our new Versa Note. The service department is also quick and friendly and their prices are comparable with other mechanics in town. We tried all of the dealers in Galesburg and this is the only place that didn't feel like we were getting messed with and had the most knowledgeable staff with the best attitudes. They also have a quality product and a great inventory. There is really no other place in Galesburg that begins to compare to this dealership.

Hello went in to get some info. On truck n Jeff greeted us with a smile was very helpful n polite. We didn't even realize he was the president of the Nissan dealership. I was on a long road trip and had a terrible vibration due to ice around my tires. It was so cold that the car wash was closed. Out of desperation I went to the Nissan service department for help. They immediately brought my car inside and cleaned off the ice. I was back on the road in about 15 minutes. I would have been happy to pay but there was no charge. I can’t thank you folks enough. You’re the best!

Refreshingly genuine human interaction. They asked me what I wanted instead of telling me what they thought I should buy, then gave me several options on how to get it and let me choose what I thought was best for me. I was treated like a person not a customer. I got a car that was everything I expected and more. Great personal interaction and a great car.
