This gym has changed since I was here last. For a while nobody (members) wore masks. Now everyone does. I just rejoined under the Silver Sneakers plan and was happy to see the change.
Front desk staff and management not very friendly. The don’t greet guest pleasantly. I feel my energy drain every time I walk into the gym. If it wasn’t for the equipment and the fact that I like the gym itself, I would cancel my membership. Management and front desk staff need customer service training.
This location's management is SUPER CHEAP to ignore members and staff complaining about a sound system in one of the classrooms. The CD player is from the 80s and poor thing doesn't produce any music, but awful scriching sounds. I invite the managers to join us in this cartoonish show where we stop a few times per class watching poor instructors trying to make the dying thing cough up something legible out of it...nI gave one extra star for the instructors and staff, but some of them really deserve 5.
Clean, plenty of space it has it all. Love that it's not crowded.
If your personal trainer is Craig, you better be serious about getting in shape! This man will be the death of your bad habits . .. finally found a gym with a trainer that was as serious about fitness as I was about learning. Management, give this man a raise!!!!
