Place is clean and a lot of cardio machines as well as weight lifting machines. Plenty of disinfectant and hand sanitation stations. Also 3 different workout areas, stretching, 30 min full-body area and resistant workout area. Plenty of tvs around, free weights and benches. Bathrooms look good, Plenty of lockers but need your own lock, got some showers as well. Pretty much has everything you need to have a good work out at a very good price.

I moved and this is the closest PF to me. I generally use my membership for tanning and when I went to tan here I was told I can only tan for 1 minute since I don’t have any tanning minutes with them. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. Definitely going to cancel my membership.

I love attending Planet Fitness in Elgin! It truly is a no-judgment zone. And after working with a fitness trainer who gave me written instructions what to do with machines, I feel more confident walking in at any time. The staff is friendly and they keep the place CLEAN! Thanks PF Elgin!

The environment is always very clean and the atmosphere is always pleasant. If you are currently not a Planet Fitness Elgin member, I highly recommend you become one. Its Truly a non Judgmental workout facility!

Called a handful of times to cancel my membership. The first time I called they said it was cancelled and I would not be charged again. I have been charged 2 times since I cancelled, both transaction for $40 each, even though I signed up for the $20 a month membership. Even tried calling corporate and they couldn’t do anything about it. They told me the only way to cancel would be to come in, I moved out of state, so clearly that is not something that I can do. They even told me on the phone that can’t refund me the money I was charged over that past 2 months when I cancelled my membership.nSave your money, there’s definitely better gyms out there that care about people and are definitely more understanding.
