Too seller oriented. I can bid on and win a car but then can be countered by the seller. Once countered, I should be able to revoke my original offer and move on if I don't like the counter, but I can't. So the bid sits in limbo for days while I wait to see if I can allocate my money elsewhere. Us buyers pay fees too and we should have our bargaining power. To let the seller counter and still be capable of accepting the original offer is in bad faith and destroys the buyers leverage.

Not a great experience at all. Had driven two and a half hours to arrive at 7:15 in the morning, where the facility had already been open for 15 minutes. Waited inside where the maximum covid limit is four people. I was the fourth person in the office. Only one person at the counter to help get titles and vehicles out of the lot. After about 30 minutes of waiting only the one person was still being helped. After an hour of waiting in the office with the same people more employees were showing up but no one else except one person still helping at the counter getting titles and letting vehicles out of the lot. After an hour and 15 minutes another employee came to the front counter to help customers get titles and vehicles out a lot and that is when she said you have to sign in online and then you can be helped. There was some signage in the office but I did hear the office lady ask the customers in the physical line to help who's next. After following the steps to get in a virtual line, it said I had a 15-minute wait. the 15 minute wait time never changed until about 20 minutes and it change to 10 minutes. Then it kept fluctuating between an 8 minute wait and a 10 minute wait. After another 30 minutes the same office lady who told me I had to sign in online told me to skip that and she would help me. That was the only nice thing about the office visit. It only took an hour and 15 minutes to get my two cars to the truck so we could finally leave.

Well run business. Courteous friendly staff providing clear directions verbally and in writing. Safety is a priority. If you go, follow directions and be mindful of large towing and car transport vehicles.

Went to pick up my belongings from my vehicle only thing left was my plates missing a lot of personal items I had left inside my vehicle and employees who help you get belongings out of vehicle act like nothing is missing! Do not recommend at all!!

customer service is very condescending. better service at the dmv and we all know how much we enjoy that place.
