They are so helpful. And work with you no matter what your credit is. I had a repossession and they got me a loan and the me the truck I fell in Love with. Thank all of you. Tyler my sales guy never pushed me to come in like other places did. He is great. And the finance people are wonderful!!!!!! Thanks again guys I will definitely recommend you guys. And if I want another car will be coming back

I had such a pleasant experience at this dealer. I’ve bought several cars in my life and never went as smoothly as it did here. Tyler my sales person was fantastic went over everything and answered all my questions . Would highly recommend you ask for Tyler. Jim in financing was great , everything went fast and I was in and out . And even the manager Jalen introduced himself and made sure everything was going well. I will definitely buy all my cars from them going forward. Great job Tyler you earned a customer for life ud83dudc4dud83cudffb. Did I mention I’m in love with my Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross !!!!

Got my new car working with Tyler. What a great guy. Very professional and knowledgeable about all the vehicles in stock, new and used. Answered any and all questions I had. I have used the Biggers Mitsubishi service department for all of the service of my two Mitsubishi cars. Michael has always been extremely friendly, professional and efficient every time I have brought my cars in. The entire team in the service department has always been friendly and wonderful in how their interactions and their work. I really like Biggers Mitsubishi and their entire staff.

Summer 2019 - writing this review now because I just wrote a different review of another dealership and this experience came to mind.nnI needed new tires. I chose Biggers for the first time because they offered a rebate that made the tires $40 less expensive than other places (NTB). They installed them and when I asked about the rebate they said a form would be mailed to me. Waited 4-6 weeks. No form. Called them. Got the run around that it was out of date and couldn’t be honored anymore.nnWord to the wise: if it sounds too good to be true, and they won’t give you paperwork or honor it at the time of service, then likely you’ll get swindled like I did. Won’t be going back, nor would recommend them to others.
