I went to the Quick lane this morning to get my oil changed and get some other work done. Kim and Kathy were wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and made my wait there very pleasant with their kindness and good humor. I have never felt so at home waiting for my car to be fixed in my life! Thanks, girls!

I've been coming to this location for many years now and always get great service. I live at least 30 miles from here and I prefer to drive the distance to get my car serviced. Great service. Great experience. Thanks guy's!!

Everyone from the salesman (Jack) to financing (Aaron) were wonderful. It was such a relief not dealing with the atypical pressured sales full of frustrating nonsense. They worked with us and our budget, threw in great Hopkins deals, e.t.c. The #1 thing that was noticed is that every single employee down to the new repair manager openly respects the owner, Jeff. They all get this goofy chuckle like they have been friends with him for years and know him personally and praise him non stop. When I personally called frustrated with our original vehicle he answered (I didn't realize it initially) and he was just kind. We just purchased a vehicle from Marcos and had a pleasant experience. He was patient and willing to listen to what our needs were. We've bought many cars throughout the years and not having a pushy salesman, who's saying whatever he can, to get a sale was refreshing. Thanks!
