We are from Rockford, IL and was passing through to look at Honda Accord and was very surprised to drive out of there with a newer Lexus with lower miles then the Honda! And spent less money. The sales team was awesome and took wonderful care of us. We are customers for life and truly grateful for what they did for us. We will be comming back for another vehicle soon.

My son and I went to look at used cars at this place that just opened up. Our sales guy was great , we told him we needed a day to think about the purchase but we were just trying to get a good deal. The “manager” Mo came to try and make a deal but got way too aggressive with us immediately. Needless to say we did not buy a car from these guys and went to Schaumburg to buy a different vehicle. Went in looking for a used Nissan for my son and was very pleased with my salesman Chris and their managers. Very clean showroom , very easy process. Will definitely be back for a car this summer for my daughter. Thank you guys !!

We drove 160 miles to test drive a particular vehicle at this dealer. I called in advance with specific questions about the vehicle, explaining that I don't want to drive 3 hours if the car has cigarette odors or any other odors, due to severe asthma and allergies. I was assured in no uncertain terms that there were no odors in the car and it had gone through a deep cleaning that would have removed any existing odors. That turned out to be an outright lie, because it very obviously belonged to a smoker. I could also tell by how it was idling and the color of the exhaust fumes that it had an engine problem. And there were multiple, major cosmetic issues that were not shown in photos or disclosed in the description on their website. We didn't even bother to test drive it. Instead, we asked to see a different vehicle that appeared in very nice condition and wasn't too far above our budget. Aside from a few minor cosmetic defects from normal wear, the car was in excellent condition. We took this one on a test drive and I noticed after a mile or two an unusual sound from the dash like the CD player was trying to pull in a disc or something. I was trying to focus on the sound and figure out what was causing it, but it stopped. Another mile or two down the road and the check engine light, the stability control light, and another warning light I didn't recognize all turned on and the passenger airbag turned off. The salesman tried to blame it on the gas cap being loose and offered to knock a thousand dollars off the price tag. NO WAY!!! Are you kidding me?! We looked at only TWO vehicles on their lot, and BOTH of them appeared to have undisclosed engine problems. And they think they can just give me a discount to buy that garbage???!!! I wasted an entire day and full tank of gas driving all that way, only find out they are liars and their cars are garbage.
