Emil had jumped on the project of helping me with a weather related car accident, in the midst of an extremely busy repair shop season. The suspension on my car had been destroyed and I thought the car would be totaled. Not only had he saved my car, he was extremely patient, caring, and diligent in the process while working with insurance to get my car fixed as quickly as possible. Absolutely love their work and highly recommend for the personal experience alone!

My advice would be to get your vehicle inspected prior to purchase! I was in the process of buying a vehicle and was ensured the vehicle was mechanically sound. Enrique indicated the vehicle had been inspected by their shop and found no mechanical flaws. As a precaution I always have vehicles inspected by an outside reputable dealership. I paid $175 to a nearby Cadillac dealer who found $3,900 worth of repairs that needed to be completed. Both front and rear shocks needed to be replaced and front sway bar links. In addition the electric compressor needed to be replaced. Enrique offered to have their shop repair the shocks but nothing else. If their shop was unable to identify all these problems, easy to find, why would I trust them to complete these repairs? The dealer’s representation was misleading. Word to the wise, get the vehicle inspected so you know what you’re buying.

I got my first car here. I rate this place 5 stars. The guy who help us ( Gerardo Rojas) was super nice, was making sure we knew every detail and didn’t hide anything. He took us through the process step by step making sure we understood everything. If you asked him about something, he would answer you right away. He made my first car experience a 5/5 . Would recommend to everyone. Go check them out

I’m a contractor that was in need of a decent quality work van .nAfter going to a couple big name dealers that tried pushing me into vehicles I didn’t need and their management making me feel I was wasting their time; I stumbled upon E and M autos .which I’m glad I did .nWith rough credit and a beat up trade in , the staff made me feel comfortable and had the perfect work van that I needed .nThey were able to make my situation work with financing I could afford all in the same day .
