Walked in at 6:15, the car dealership closes at 7pm. We were told they were closing and couldn’t show the pick up truck my husband wanted to see. Now who in the right mind would say that to the person who was walking in with 8k cash? Bad customer service. I wouldn’t go to this dealership,
Dealt with Naveed Kareem, terrible customer Service. Prior to purchasing a truck from the lot. Naveed called me numerous of times. After Purchasing the truck from them. Never recieved another call for a follow up when they were to complete some repairs on truck. Had the truck for 3 months and repairs on the truck have not been completed. Truck stop running 3 days after purchase of truck. Got stuck on side of road. And they refused to assist with the towing od the vehicle back to their lot. Terrible service. No business integrity. Once they have your money, you dont exist to them anymore. I paid 7000 cash for a POS and they knew it.
I visited to purchase a minivan for my wife and growing family. I had the pleasure of working with Andres. He was professional, positive and helpful with the process. I would definitely recommend him and the team at this location. From the sales floor to management, everyone was respectful and helpful. Not too many places operate this way, so it was worth my time and completing this review.
