Well Elgin Autoplex the first car you tried to sell me a Dodge Caravan was running a P700 fix engine code. AKA Limp Mode. In simple terms it didn't shift gears. The replacement car you sold me has been fine. Now the last car you sold me had no Brakes. Literary a DEATH TRAP. Thanks for causing my insurance rates to rise due to the accident I had while driving one of your vehicles
Husband and I came by in a taxi to look at suv. Didn’t get the one we originally came in to see but worked out a deal with the staff for an even better one! Process was fun and easy. My daughter even enjoyed her time there I will recommend!
DO NOT buy a car from this place or from Edgar wherever he has crawled to now. Sold us a lemon in September and still has not sent us our registration or title. Not sure if he is even a legit licensed dealer. Not returning our calls or texts and when I called the secretary of state apparently he voided the application and never even sent in the money we paid him for the registration. This man is rotten and needs to be avoided at all costs. Have now had to get legal authorities involved and a huge headache for a trashy car. Spend your money far away from here
