I hosted a private playgroup last week at Bumblebee Cafe. The event was a great turnout. Emmy showed great customer service from the moment I emailed her. She was quick to respond and she made sure all of my questions were answered.nWhen I arrived she made sure I had everything I needed and it was a joy working with her. Everything was very clean and I felt comfortable with my kids playing. All of the parents and kids raves about how great the event was. It was a fun, clean, and safe atmosphere and I look forward to visiting again.
We’ve loved Bumblebee since it opened but we recently rented the facility for my daughters 3rd birthday party. We LOVED the experience & the kids thought it was so cool to have the place to themselves. I hope they continue to offer private rentals beyond Covid because I will definitely do that again!!
It's great you were open today. However, please turn on the heat prior to your customers arriving as a courtesy to them. You raised your prices due to Covid and therefore can afford to turn up the heat so our children don't get sick.
