I used TKO for several years for my business and personal accounting and taxes. I paid a pretty hefty monthly fee for sales tax and employment taxes, account rectification etc. There were CONSTANT errors in their work and I was treated with a lack of attention and detail that was staggering. After moving to a new accounting firm, I find out my accounts were off by THOUSANDS of dollars because they had charged me for rectification and bookkeeping work they never actually did. I also find out they did not file several necessary tax forms. BUT, they still billed me for this work. Tighe Kress and Orr relegated my monthly business to junior accountants and bookkeepers that did not do their job but still billed my company the hefty monthly fees. They are now holding my tax schedules and refuse to give them to my new accounting firm, even though I have paid for all of those tax services.nnREVIEW UPDATE: Bob Tighe contacted me immediately after this review. We agreed to disagree on the level of service and he removed the bills for the account rectification that did not happen. They also turned over all tax schedules that I had paid for.
