Tom is absolutely top notch to work with! They installed LED lights and new flooring in the beautiful used Newmar Canyonstar we recently purchased from them. We found it online while traveling. Everything was as described. They gave us an extremely fair trade in for our older RV. If you want peace of mind at an outstanding dealership, this is the place to buy from. They exceeded our expectations!

Working withTom and his team at Shabbona Creek RV was a delight. They made sure our new Newmar Baystar was perfect! The service team did a A+ job installing our tow vehicle hitch, base plate, and wiring and made sure we knew everything about our new home on wheels before we left. I would highly recommend Shabbona Creek RV!

FULL-TIMERS BEWARE! On 9/28, I contacted Shabbona Creek RV about a holding tank repair (warranted by a company with no dealers in this area). I was told by PRESTON they were booked into November and were NOT willing to shuffle the schedule. I emphasized that, as full-timers, we live in our RV, needed urgent repairs and planned to head south soon. After pleading my case, Preston informed me that he had been on the phone with me for 17 minutes, had 3 other calls on hold, and the fact that I chose to travel full-time in my RV made no difference to him or Shabbona Creek! WOW! Needless to say, I will not be contacting them for ANY issues in the future and have informed the campground owners here of my treatment by this business.
