This place is poorly run. Tried to see if they would be interested in installing 5th wheel on truck. Left several messages over a week period and no reply at all. Tried the folks and Pontiac made one call and the job was done that day. If you have any other option do not waste your time

My husband and I couldn't believe just how amazing the experience was when purchasing our new RV from EZ Living. We are from Texas and have been searching for a specific Riverstone floorplan for a couple of years. We came across the floorplan in the EZ Living inventory online and made contact. The dealer was closed for 2+ weeks for inventory purposes and Casey (the Internet Sales Manager) still managed to respond to our inquiry in a very timely manner. From that point, we worked together with Casey and Finance Manager Kathy to value our trade, secure financing and complete the terms of the deal. All of this while the dealership was closed and these amazing ladies worked from home. Our experience once we traveled to Illinois to close the deal was no different. Nothing was left to chance. It was all well thought out and perfectly executed. From front to back, the people at EZ Living were beyond pleasurable to work with and made the entire experience easier than we thought possible. We can't recommend this dealer enough.

All around great experience. Everything went smoothly and whole staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Purchased my first travel trailer and they took the time to answer all questions before driving off the lot.

So far we are very pleased with our buying experience at EZ Living RV. Their pricing is extremely competitive compared to their nearby counterparts, and there were zero sales games played. But the best part was how accommodating they were with our time frame, and how responsive and customer oriented Casey was for us throughout the process, going above and beyond. Kathy in the office was equally impressive, and the guys in the shop were very friendly and informative. All around we have no complaint. I'm hoping things continue to work this well, although I'm hoping not to go back until I'm ready to buy again! (Knock on wood.)

I needed a simple knob for my sink. That is usually unavailable. They were actually able to find one that fit and is the same size and color. Please take note if you want to bring your RV here. You have to have an appointment. They usually run 2 months out. So call in advance.
