9 times out of 10 the service/food is excellent, but every once in a while I'll get a messed up/incorrect order, or a sandwich stacked so poorly that I need to disassemble and rebuild it (I mean like a burger that's 75% not on the bun, not a slightly misaligned one).nnOverall though, I enjoy this McDonald's and I'm looking forward to their new interior, it was redone recently.
Good workers. They get orders correct. But they don’t have hot mustard sauce!!
Most of the time you get poor customer service from the employees at this location. Most of the employees are rude and don't seem like they want their jobs. You also get food that seems like it's either been sitting for a while or has just been thrown together. That's if you even get what you ordered the way you ordered it. What do the shift manager's do to take care of the problem when a complaint is made? They give you free food instead of correcting the staff.
Ordered a double 1/4 pounder with cheese and deluxe. I opened it up and it had a tomato thin sliced the size of a quarter, a very few little shred of lettuce, hardly any onion,nNot sure if they had new help or just people that didn't care. I would have been ashamed to put out a sandwich like that.
Sandwiches aren't very good anymore. Dry chicken sandwichs and really thin quarter pounder deluxe burgers.
