The meat department did an excellent job cleaning, tenderizing and opening the skirt steak I ordered.
The store is clean, fairly well stocked, most employees are helpful (esp in the deli area)...but it has changed from a neighborhood grocery into a Spanish grocer. Products are in spanish, restaurant menu is spanish only, etc. I no longer feel welcome to spend my $ there. Wednesday is senior day, but you have to ask for the discount - it's not automatic.
The food is regularly fresh and delightful, employees gives great service.
Went there with my son to buy groceries. WHY does a grocery store need am armed guard. I felt so uncomfortable, we didn't even shop. I will definitely never bring my family there again. Secondly everything is in Spanish, they only cater to the Spanish community. It's sad to see what that store has become.
The butchers make you feel like you are bothering them.
