4 Seasons Paint & Remodeling

We hired 4 seasons paint & remodeling for renovations in our home. We met with Julio Mendoza, signed the contract on January, 25th, 2017, and gave him the initial deposit. He wanted full payment up front, which we would not agree to and spilt labor cost into 3 installments.nnOur contracted start date was January 30th, 2017. He didn't show up or answer our phone calls and texts. After we sent him another text on February 2nd, 2017, he finally responded and said he would start February 6th, 2017. After completing some work, he was scheduled to come back on February 7th, 2017 but had to cancel. We scheduled our next appointment, via text, for February 9th, 2017; which he missed. This occurrence happened multiple times and we were not able to get in contact with him. He would miss appointments without notifying us and not get into contact with us until days after (after we called and texted multiple times.)nnHe has left this job incomplete. We have wires hanging from our tv in the living room and drywall in our bedroom that he was to paint over. He finally contacted us on March 23rd, 2017 and said he will not be able to finish the job and he will refund us the money. He only wanted to refund us for materials but we had already paid him a 2nd deposit for labor (which had not happened). When we proved to him the amount he owed us, he agreed and said he would bring the refund over to our place. We have not heard from him after and he has since disconnected his phone.nnOf the 3 initial tasks he was contracted to do, he only completed 1 of them. DO NOT HIRE this company. They will ask for all the money upfront and will not finish the job.
