Anthony from Steadfast came to our home to give us an estimate over a month ago. He seemed knowledgeable, professional and customer-focused. I guess we were fooled, since he never sent us an estimate or responded back to our multiple attempts (email & phone calls) to contact him... he completely wasted our time. Our project required substantial work on the outside of our home, which we would have followed up with a complete paint job for the inside of our home next month - which we certainly would have awarded to Steadfast had they done a good job with the outside work.nWe're left with a perplexing question - how does Anthony / Steadfast stay in business if they treat potential customers in this manner ?
We had several projects for them including a kitchen, vestibule, foyer, deck, and extensive hallways throughout the house. Everything turned out so beautifully. The team was courteous, clean, professional and efficient. They protected all surfaces and cleaned up after themselves throughout the projects. I will absolutely hire them again. Thanks Anthony, Nick and team.
Excellent experience. They were friendly, professional, and did a great job. It took about 3.5 weeks to paint our house, but they did a great job.
I would highly recommend these painters- very happy with the results! Looks beautiful! They were very professional, courteous, punctual, payed attention to detail . Obvious they enjoy what they’re doing & take pride in their work!! Cleaned up at the end. Happy customer!!
I have used Steadfast in three separate occasions and they have been just wonderful every time. Not only is everyone so nice but they are just so good at what they do. I’ve had them refinish my kitchen cabinets, paint out my mantle, paint out all wood trim and stairs and paint just about all walls and ceilings. Not only was every single project was done to perfection, but they even helped me pick the right color when I gave two options. I highly recommend them.
