Plastisol Products has continually and without exception met our needs on projects that other powder coaters simply could not have. As a specialty architectural product manufacturer we are continually sending different material with differing requirements to Plastisol, they have always been able to provide the best quality product on every application we have sent their way. These projects have been for the most demanding customers on some of the highest profile construction projects across the USA and they have exceeded the expectations, schedules and stringent QC requirements of these customers. I would, without hesitation, recommend Plastisol Products to any one who asks and will continue to do so.
WARNING: Stay away from Plastisol!!! I had a major project with a very high maintenance customer. We were willing to complete this at ANY cost.. We reached an agreement with Plastisol to do our powdercoating. There were numerous delays for SIMPLE questions that could have been easily resolved with basic communication. The communication from Plastisol was VERY POOR. On the final day our project was supposed to ship, we were informed that they actually did not have the capability to even complete it. The customer cancelled the orders and we are stuck with the material. Plastisol wasted our time, and we have lost a major customer as a result.
