What a wonderful company! I locked myself out of my home and called for a locksmith to come out. Eddie took my call and kept me updated about the arrival of the technician. As you could imagine, I was super frustrated with the situation. Eddie was calm and patient. Mike was the technician. Once Mike arrived, it took him under 3 minutes to unlock my door. Once in, Mike explained in detail what happened. He provided me with three solutions with varying prices. Told me about each one. I finally made a decision and he quickly went to work. He finished yet again within 10 minutes. Mike was compassionate and knowledgeable. I've used many locksmiths in the past and none have done as well as Mike. I highly recommend this company!
Michael was the locksmith who came out to help us with a few different issues with our front gate and our front door. He did excellent work - secured both doors so they are fully functioning again, helped us get to the root of the issue, and explained everything along the way!
