I don't usually review things, which explains why I've been going to Next Yoga regularly since November and am just reviewing it now. The main reason I am reviewing is to reach out to people who may be considering starting a regular or daily practice and just haven't taken that first step. If you're thinking about checking this place out, I would highly recommend it. Every instructor is so individual in their approach, with a consistent, solid foundation of knowledge enhancing each pose and flow. Between the posture and breathing guidance, words of wisdom or silence, heat, sound, music, fragrance therapies, and the spirit to body connection, you will surely feel the benefits! Thank you Next Yoga teachers for helping me along this journey!
