The YMCA of Elmhurst is very clean. The staff is friendly,courteous and very professional. I always enjoy my time at the Y whether in the pool or the fitness area.

the staff for summer camp are very rude to kids DONT SENT YOUR KIDS
Customer service here sucks. They gave my son a hard time when he came. Upper management needs to have a customer service in service for the staff. Include the supervisors.
I have been going here for about 2 years as it is very close to my house and super convenient. The staff is pretty friendly and for the most part the locker rooms and gym area are both pretty clean. There was an incident a while back with one of the kids room attendants where she was shaming a year and a half old boy for soiling his diaper...she went to call the mom and when she came to change her son, the attendant was covering her nose with her shirt and complaining to another parent about how bad the kid smells. Wish I could remember her name...
