Great staff and awesome workout experience! The instructors do a pretty good job of motivating us. I've finished a few harder workouts that I wouldn't have on my own.
First off, great box, probably the best in Chicagoland. If you want to become good at CrossFit, then this is your place. However, make sure that personally, you understand fundamental movements like the body weight squat, before you attempt to begin a program like CrossFit. As awesome as this box and the owner Vince are, athletes need to develop a base of strength and endurance (possibly develop a Bassline standard?) (and develop mobility in the squat position) before they attempt fancy movements that CrossFit likes to teach. This box will get you awesome at CrossFit, but being at CrossFit does not make one awesome at fitness in my opinion.nnAll in all, would highly recommend if you are looking for a CrossFit gym in the Chicago region, and the owner Vince is highly knowledgeable.

Great place and friendly people. Well maintained and the trainers are good at encouraging people to work out. Got all the equipment needed and organized place.
