I recently purchased a used Acura sedan from here. All 4 rims were damaged and the car battery barely worked. I had to get all 4 rims repaired totaling close to a $1,000. I took care of the battery cost because it was only $100. They did not care about our problems. Our calls were ignored for a week before we finally got to talk to someone who didn’t help us. We called back every few days and they told us there was nothing they could do. Nothing they could do or nothing they wanted to do? There was paint on the windshield I had to scrape and clean off. The price was fair and the car was clean besides there being a bunch of dirt and grime on the doors that the salesman had to clean off as we were trying to purchase the car. Overall, a decent place to buy a car but once you are gone they couldn't care less about you or the car. I understand it is a used car and has imperfections but it is not acceptable for them to not tell us especially if the car shakes once you are on the interstate due to 4 rims being bent. Would not go back.

I bought a car from Steve over the weekend at Auto Gallery Chicago. Steve was fair, informative and did not only care about making a sale. Steve spent the entire day with me test driving the car, looking at options, and finally completing the sale. I felt comfortable with my purchase and love the car! If you're in the market for buying a new car, ask for Steve!

I called to purchase a 2018 Karma Revero cash. I noticed it has been listed for over 6 months so I wanted recent pictures to make sure there is no damage. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was adamant that it's the same car and there is no need to take new pictures. I will take my business elsewhere. I can see why the vehicles stay so long on the lot.
