We went to Elmhurst after visiting another BMW dealer and receiving poor service. We had been emailing Mike Banach. His price was the best and his follow up and attention to detail was great. Our visit went so smoothly. We test drove the car we were looking at and decided to test drive another model. Mike couldn’t have been any better. He was patient and didn’t rush us at all. We ultimately ended up buying the X7. The professionalism and service from Elmhurst BMW was exemplary, from Mike to David in finance and even the receptionist who greeted us upon arrival, all were friendly and welcoming. It was a smooth easy transaction and we couldn’t be happier with our car. There was no pushy sales tactics or spiel. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elmhurst BMW for their professionalism and service and overall best deal. Thank you Mike, David and all.

Great place with great people!! I have been shopping around for about a month now between numerous dealerships and I am very happy and excited with the purchase of my new 330i and the service I received at Elmhurst BMW! Eugene and Michal were great to work with! The service they provided is excellent and I recommend them! They are Very professional, friendly, and treated me like a friend rather then a sale. They answered all my questions and were very easy to work with. Can’t wait to come back in a couple years to trade in my car and upgrade! Thank you for the smooth , quick, pain free process!

Thank you to Mike Banach for the awesome customer service. I came in with my mom to help her pick out a BMW, he was very helpful and gave us a great deal. The process went smoothly and she drove out with a new car the same day. We will definitely be referring more people to him.

What a wonderful experience! Joe S and Korey B were so helpful in finding the perfect vehicle for me. My new X5 has everything I was looking for in a new truck. The sales experience was seamless and I was on my way home in no time. Thank you Steve for the time you took to explain all of the features. Joe Svoboda was an excellent consultant during my purchase of a new BMW X3 M40i . He was low pressure but very thorough! He went the extra mile ensuring I got the best deal on my new car and my trade in. I did a lot of research and he hit the mark without me having to push. I test drove several cars during this process, but Joe was the only BMW advisor that provided guidance on the features of the car (I visited 3 other BMW dealers during the process) which I found very helpful in making my decision.. He was professional, engaging, fun and extremely knowledgeable. Elmhurst BMW is a 90 minute drive for me, but I’d buy another car from Joe because of the great service he provided. I also want to give a shout out to Sam Herrera, Head Genius at Elmhurst BMW. He did a great job explaining the features of my new BMW and helping me set things up. I know I’ll be reaching out for more guidance and I’m confident Sam will help answer any questions I have. Elmhurst BMW has a great showroom and the two associates I worked with were excellent. I’d highly recommend them.
