He answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly, and was understanding of my particular needs in purchasing my new Jeep. Joseph Sanchez was a wonderful sales rep! The whole place was full of incredibly nice people. I had been to several other dealerships and this was the first one where I felt like they weren’t trying to take advantage of me in some way. After months of searching for my dream wrangler, countless test drives, bad dealerships experiences with sales people who just didn’t care , rudeness, and not being treated with courteous and professional service, I found Larry Roesch Chrysler Jeep Dodge. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by John the sales associate and Josh the sales manager and let me tell you these guys are incredible. They had the wrangler all ready for my test drive. They were so patient, extremely knowledgeable, they took the time to answer all my questions, and more. They genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase and did everything they could to make sure that happened . Frank, the finance manager was amazing I felt like I was talking to family he went over everything with me and answered all my questions. I know there’s a lot of Jeep dealers out there, but I highly recommend anyone in the market for a Jeep or any other car for that matter go to Larry Roesch, these guys are the best I have ever come across I cannot say enough good about them because your not walking into a dealership your walking into a family. Josh, John, Frank, Jason, and the rest of the staff you are all amazing, good, honest people. Thank you for all your help, and your patience.
