James was great to work with and made every effort to get me the vehicle I wanted. I felt I received great service and a very straight-forward and fair deal. I was so impressed with Honda on Grand that I sent my son-in-law and daughter to them and they have also bought a new car with James as their salesman, too.

We really enjoyed this dealership's no nonsense approach. They did not try any overly aggressive sales tactics like other dealerships. It was refreshing! We worked with Ricky, and he was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Their finance department was also easy to work with and did not try to pressure us even when we were there past closing time. Like other reviewers said, they are not pushy. I love that we were able to negotiate with Ricky (our sales rep) throughout the whole process. They honored the internet price for the car. Although we couldn't complete the trade-in of our car with them, they gave us good advice for where to trade in our car and it all worked out great.

When another dealer provided a better price, Sam quickly obtained approval to match and had car ready when I arrived at dealer. The smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have had.
