Al Piemonte Buick GMC

I just bought a new GMC Sierra from AL Piemonte Buick GMC and I am beyond impressed with my car buying experience. The GM, Manny Gonzalez, is the reason why my experience was this amazing. He went way out of his way to make sure I received the best deal possible. I had a tricky situation and he made it painless. Thank you so much Piemonte Buick GMC for making my experience amazing. I will refer everyone I know and will definitely be back for my next.

Edit -- Feb 2021 --> Had one prior poor incident with this dealership which was resolved very well by the Service Writer Gigi, Service Manager Lori, and General Manger Mike Hall on a follow up visit noted below. However after that, I called on October 30th with an issue and never received a call back. I called on February 1st and spoke to Gigi. Set up an appointment for later that day to drop off my truck. Several hours later I received a call from Todd. Who stated that they would no longer service my vehicle. Eventually I was forwarded eventually to the Parts Manager who explained that Mike Jones the Service Director - who as it turns out is listed at Al Piemonte Nissan and oversees both - reviewed the file and they would not be able to meet my needs. Basically it explained to me that due to the prior problem I had with my truck they would no longer allow me to bring my truck there for service per Mike Jones. I make no claims to have been pleasant during this phone call. But the two people who resolved the issue are no longer there (Lori & Mike) Would give them all the business. Todd needs to find a new line of work. Gigi has been great. Instead , someone I never met didn't even have the time of day to call and explain or understand things were resolved. But apparently they were not. The truth is I was refused service because Mike Jones saw that my review on Dealer Rater and that I never deleted my first review. He did not want another bad review. He was never a part of any of the situation. BUT - What if maybe... The staff actually did their jobs and got a good review. Like the one they HAD on Google? The reviews on Dealer Rater manipulated plain and simple.nn(6 months prior) --> Since Al Piemonte taking over I have had pretty good experiences. I did have one visit go poorly. Which once brought to the attention of management... on this last visit was handled extremely well. They went out of their way to make it right and go out of their way to get my truck fixed despite not being able to pinpoint exactly what was going wrong with the truck. I had a loaner truck for a week or so just to try and get it done. Seems to have fixed the issue?!?! Dealt with the service manager and general manager directly. Met with and spoke to numerous staff and managers on a casual one to one basis and would honestly consider future business.

I order parts from there regularly and the parts department is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Jake, Eric, and Robby always answer the phones with a positive attitude and help with whatever I need. We also had a great experience with exchanging a part, normally with most dealers its a huge process and difficult but they were able to take care of it no problem. This review is long overdue and if anyone needs help with parts from there, they will definitely take good care of you.

Absolutely amazing car buying experience! Came in on a Saturday and was immediately greeted by the staff. The general manager MANNY was INCREDIBLE. So we came here in hopes to find a larger vehicle for our growing family with fur babies. They did not disappoint at all. I’m so happy. When we got here we were approached with a friendly smile and was asked if we need anything. I’ve never felt so comfortable. Not only did they work with our budget they gave us the best trade-in value for my car. I mean I couldn't Believe how easy it was. We weren’t even there for that long. This was the easiest process. Even so that we came back a week later and got my husband a new truck. What??? Two new cars within a week! I cant tell you how satisfied we feel. If your ever in need of a new car please contact Sales Consultant Dean Demos. He was THE BEST and made you feel like family. I’d like to give a shout to Sales manager, Jim Constantine who was super easy to work with and made us feel comfortable with the purchase price and Finance Manager, Dave Weber who was one of the easiest people to talk to and got us the best deal on our warranty!!! Take my advice and don’t hesitate to go to them for a new car!!!
