Best experience ever! I am not one to write reviews ever, yet here I am. About to drive off the lot with a spanking new Kia Soul. Adam made this experience so enjoyable, painless, and a piece of cake that I am ready to do it all over again next weekend. Adam is super knowledgeable, friendly, didn’t beat around the bushes and got me approved for a brand new car. I originally came in for a used car thinking that is a high as I could aim and Adam exceeded all my expectations and helped me aim higher and get a new car! Thank you so much Adam, you are my quarantine miracle! You helped make the best experience of the quarantine happen to me!

This weekend I went in to test drive a few cars that I saw online. As soon as I stepped out of my car, Michael Miranda greeted me and was immediately ready to help me find what I needed. He knew exactly where all the cars I wanted to drive were on the lot which made my on-the-lot experience very fast. I left to drive some other cars, but Michael's customer service played a big role in me coming back to purchase my Kia. Again, when I arrived, Michael came to greet me in minutes and get started on my paperwork. He was fair and honest in negotiating. He was even willing to throw in some huge after market perks. Michael then introduced me to Mark in finance.nRight away, Mark came off extremely professional and knowledgeable. Even though it was way past closing when we sat down, Mark took his time to answer all my questions and break down my costs for me. Mark didn't rush me into signing the paperwork, he was very transparent about the offer he was giving me which helped me feel confident in my purchase. Mark was very personable and with his conversation he made the process enjoyable.nI would buy a car here again solely on Michael and Mark's customer service.

Great dealership and very helpful staff. I worked with Mikey and even though I didn’t leave with a car today I will be back Wednesday to finalize everything. He was kind and patient and made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate him so much for being nice and not the typical “salesman”

Ask for Andre Jennings Jr!! He helped me out with purchasing a used Kia Optima recently and he definitely made the experience a lot more enjoyable then the classic car purchase where you spend hours sitting and waiting. Couldn’t be happier with the experience honestly! He was very helpful and transparent through the whole process and made sure to let me know that I can reach out with any concerns at any time. Definitely recommend him

Very happy with our Kia Soul. Jose was a great help and very kind. He made the process easy and enjoyable. We purchased a warranty at a good and fair price too. Finance manager did try his best with getting us the best rate and good price on a warranty. Overall it was a good experience with everyone there
