I don't even know how to start this review but let me just say that Victor was an amazing person in general. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. I didn't go in there expecting to take a brand new car home as I only went there with my husband to see if he can get a lower interest rate on his car. Well let me just say I left there extremely happy. He was thorough and extremely helpful. His demeanor is professional yet relaxed so it made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I'm happy with my experience and new car.

Another satisfying experience at Ed Napleton! This evening, my son, a first time car buyer, came in with a car payment amount in mind, the car he wanted and a down payment in hand. We worked with Jimmy, very personable and helpful. He got my son into the car he wanted and the payment plan expected. Not a bad word to day. From start to finish we were treated with respect. Every question the first buyer had was answered, no matter the question. This is out second purchase here as a family in four years and we couldn't be more satisfied.

This place was wonderful, everyone was great, helpful and friendly, and Victor was a great salesman! He really helped me out a lot! Made me feel comfortable and at ease with the car buying process. And helped me purchase a great car that I had my eye on. The whole process and experience was excellent! 5 stars definitely!

Hey I was at the dealership to look at 2018 Acura Rdx and I met Victor the Sales Rep. He was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. He gave me multiple discounts and he was kind to go back and forth with the manager to get me the best deal. I had a budget and he got me the deal with Warranty and 4 Maintenance for free. Thanks for the wonderful service. I would recommend everyone to use Victor when shopping for your vehicle.

Jimmy was awesome! He was patient with me throughout the process. He was never pushy. I didn't even make a decision until 2 days later and he was there to get me to the finish line. I really appreciated how he followed up even after to set up an appointment for the spoiler they agreed to install for me. Overall a smooth transaction. I love my new 2021 TLX!
