Sold my friend a truck that he thought was great until the check engine light came on after driving it. It's against the law to sell a vehicle that has issues in Illinois. His name is Tony Douvlis. Would definitely recommend staying away.
If in the market for good used car, I would recommend checking here first. The prices are fair, the staff knowledgeable and friendly, but not at all pushy like most dealerships. Willing to negotiate.
Update from my last review on my other account..nnTook Vehicle to my own mechanic, Turbos are blown ! Possible Accident from the back due to trunk latch and way it sits, every bump makes the sensor go off thinking it’s open. Thing leaks gasoline ! Tony still isn’t standing behind his said policies promised night of purchase ( a week or so ago ).nnContacted Tony on THIS account yesterday , due to him blocking communication from my phone and Facebook account. Getting in touch with necessary contacts and Escalating to notify Mayor of Addison.nnThis guy has 0 remorse or care of what he does to people. Just a money hungry crook in my opinion !
Worst dealership ever. Please people stay away from them. I just purchased a vehicle from them after 2 months the car was on fire. I took it to a mechanic, next thing I know, the motor was not even good. When l call them, they said there's nothing they can do to help. The owner told me if he helped, he would lose money. I paid them over $7000 for the vehicle. That's insane.
Quality, reliable cars . If you have a limited amount of money to spend , I highly recommend going here for your next car. Great, people to work with. They will make sure you drive off happy.
