This morning I got green tea matcha latte with oatmilk as always. But it tasted little different. So, I asked to make sure it was oat milk. She said: Yes, it is O.A.T milk ( spelled it out loud and sounded mean). There is reason I requested oatmilk!!! After I drank half of it I started feeling weird and was not feeling good. I am hardly doing my job now and almost ready to go ER.

Very blunt cashiers. Might as well have a robot take care of me. Long wait time at drive thru. Maybe hire more staff, or even new ones.
I’ve had nothing but good experiences coming here. Everyone is super professional and really nice! I had two separate incidents in the last few days that they handled right away. I had received the wrong order through a delivery mix up and I drove to the store to swap out the order for my original and I did not catch the girl’s name but she was a tall blonde girl and she had the greatest attitude ever about it. Then just yesterday, I went through the drive thru and spilled my drink 5 minutes after leaving. I came back and let them know about it and Bri in the drive thru gave me a brand new drink and napkins to help clean up my mess. Sometimes the smallest gestures can really make someone’s day. Keep it up everyone!
Originally was gonna give it 1 star but the staff is nice and the drinks are above average here. The biggest problem is the line here. They either have the slowest workers or this is the busiest Starbucks ever.
