Most of the time they do fine... a little slow but fine. Today though I placed my order and at the window I gave her my card. She didn't ask what I had, just rang it up. Problem was it was wrong order. I told her this and she got flustered. She then redid my correct order and reused my gift card. She said I gave you $5 off in exchange for the wrong charge. Problem was the first charge was $6.36. I ended up overcharged $1.79. In the grand scheme of life, not a big deal. But still $1.79 is $1.79.
I don't leave reviews especially for franchises but this location is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. I come here every 2 weeks, and their quality is top notch. Food was always fresh and drinks were made perfect. Especially the fries, sweet tea, or coffee. I never had a hot or iced coffee here that was too sweet or too milky. It's always made perfect here. Staff is also very friendly.
That day it wasn't busy but the fries didn't have any salt the big mac was still cold once the lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and all the ingredients is place on the burger. They need to find a way for the burger to be warmer. But I don't think it will work.
Was told to wait for food, 17 minutes later brought out cold food and argued that it was fine. Asked for refund was then told to pull forward and wait. Not having another 17 minutes to waste I told them I will sit right where I was until the refund was completed.nnPlease drive the extra 4 minutes to the McDonalds on York and not deal with customer contemptuous employees at this restaurant
This mcdonalds is usually fast but double check your orders. I've had 3 missing an item.
