Customer service was great! We stopped on our way out of town. They were very fast getting us through during the dinner rush. I was impressed. Would definitely visit this McDonald's again, as the customer service was fast and friendly and covid - conscious. Also, they were really nice about us asking for a bunch of different extra sauces. That doesn't always happen at McDonald's.

Do not know why I ho to this location. The only consistency here is that they consistently forget at least one thing every order.

We placed our order. Went to the payment window & paid for our food. We were told to go to the 1st pickup window where we were give our drink. We were then told to go to waiting spot #5.nAfter a very short wait we were given two very full bags of food. The 1st/front bag of the two had our waiting spot number on the attached receipt. The second bag had a different waiting spot's number on the attached receipt. When we were handed the bags it seemed that it was a lot of food and our bag, while it contained our hamburgers as ordered it didn't contain our fries.nWhen I looked inside the bag for the other waiting spot and asked the person waiting there what they had ordered, everything matched except they had to many fries. They apparently put our fries in the other customers bag.nWhen a manager came out it took two tries for them to straighten it out.nHow do you put one customers fries in the bag of another, and then give one waiting customer the clearly marked bag of another customer.nIts either a failure to properly train people or to supervise them. It's not the people doing the job, it's the management above them not doing their job.
