Had a great experience at this location the other day and wanted to share as I would recommend them if you are in the area and need your starbucks fix. The stores interior looks cozy and I can't wait till we can enjoy it. The staff did a good job on our drinks and we didn't wait long at all.

Used to be the one in Itasca on Irving park rd and Walnut. Same wonderful staff and a really great manager. This one is a step above your normal Starbucks as they try hard to make feel like home.

This is a great location! The staff is great the ambiance is wonderful and it's a drive-through with plenty of parking. Especially during these tough times it's nice to walk into a Starbucks and see a friendly face and be treated with respect. It also helps thar Starbucks always offers a great cup of coffee.

I was waiting for my order to be taken for a while and I didn’t really mind because I thought they got busy or something happened, but one of the guys working there and who took my order was very kind and generous. He felt bad for making me wait and was very sincere about it and it made my day. I didn’t get his name or anything but he’s one of the nicest people I’ve met there.

I stop at this Starbucks location almost every morning before I go to work. I commute about 20 minutes so the mobile order option has been the best. I order according to the “prep time” but even with the “prep time” my items still aren’t ready by the time I get there. Poor communication from staff. Beyond slow!!! Ordered a breakfast sandwich & coffee this morning around 6:40am with 5 min “prep time”, arrived at 6:50am to find out “the mobile ordering was down”. How was I supposed to know?nBeyond annoyed & irritated with this location!!!!
