This used to be a great McDonald's. It was fast. The workers were always nice, always said something nice. Now, the computer makes ordering more complicated. The workers say nothing. They hand you the bag and don't even look at you. And the worst part is the drive-thru takes longer and longer each time. I'm done with Addison McDonald's.
Serving the community
Great, clean, and friendly location. One of the managers, Stacy, is super friendly and understanding. I messed up on an order and she took care of it. Highly recommended McDonald’s. The rest of the staff is really nice too
This location has got to be under staffed. The lines literally take 25-40 min to get thru and the food is always cold. Last night was the final straw. Fries, pies, sandwiches were all under cooked. Not just cold, but undercooked. The customer service is also horrendous. These people need to remember that they chose to work here. No one forced them to work there. As with any job, if you're that severely miserable that you give horrible customer service, you need to find a new job.
Tell your employees to make sure they put Pokemon cards in their happy meals I'm trying to get rich off of them. I ordered 4 happy meals and none came with Pokemon cards. Kinda cringe
