It's a great place, but I didn't like how Yesenia help me I had a question about how Monsters preparado is made she just roll her eyes, I ask her for her name and ask me why?? I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere I would be treated better. I decided to again because it's so close to my work and this time I was help by a lady Name Angelica she was so nice I ask her for many different samples of ice cream she patiently gave me the samples. Such a great personality I will definitely go back ask for her..

Decided to give this place a try since it was closer to me..nDon’t order the Yogurts from here.nThey are better in the other locations.nThey only have 2 size options, Medium & Large. I ordered a Medium although it wasn’t my first choice. I had walked in for a Small.nI paid 6 dollars for a whole Medium cup of Strawberry yogurt and only had fruit half way! & BIG CHUNKS of fruit- not the decent cut up fruit you get everywhere else. The person was also not even paying clear attention to the fruit choices and the times I corrected him he didn’t seem bothered one bit.nud83dudc4eud83cudffd

Rude and incompetent staff, especially from the manager. She is moody for no reason and forced a milkshake on me with strawberry syrup drenching the cup, all because I failed to tell her I didn't like syrup. She didn't tell me that it had that! Instead of pouring it in another cup she grabbed the blender pitcher and filled the syrupy cup even after I asked her for no syrup. Said next time I better tell her ahead of time. So she couldn't just toss the cup and get a new one??? Absolutely unacceptable. I didn't take it, and I didn't get her name because they wear no name tags and all she did was tell me too bad she is the manager. All I can say is that she worked on Wednesday at 1 pm and I have stopped going on that day just to avoid her atrocious attitude. Too many other michoacans nearby to be dealing with this kind of service.
