Stardust Bowl

A couple of friends and I went to bowl to have a good time, but we ended up having a bad experience. We asked an employee to see a drink menu at the bar and they responded with attitude and gave us a dirty look. At the bar we are all 21 years old with valid ID’s but they refused to accept it because it was a vertical ID, Since we have recently turned 21. Overall I wish my experience was better and I hope the staff learn to truly appreciate their customers, and treat them with respect.

The all you can bowl was slightly misleading as its only for 2 hours written in small print.. and you can only use the bumpers for children 8 and above which is super inconsiderate for any person or child above 8. Other than that nice lanes, good music overpriced beer

To whom it may concernnI was this week 2 times in Stardust Bowling alley, in Addison IL, with my 2 grandsons,ages 6 and 10 and the men in the front desk had been mean with us the 2 times that we had been there this week and is a shame that my grandson was the one who called me and told me about, I was trying to ignore the attendant about the way he was a acting and I explained to to my grandson that sometimes persons have problems and that is why they probably act like that, and my grandson just replied to me that because he have problems is not reason for him to speak the way he did in front of us, that was this past Tuesday and today Friday 04/02/2021 and also today was with him a lady that also had his same attitude, After finished bowling my 2 grandson want to play some games and once again I went back to the front desk to asked some questions about the game and this lady was texting in her cell phone and ignored us, she look at us 3 times but never stop texting to ask us if we need any help and went finally I decided to interrupt her she answered us back with a mean face and bad attitude, I hope that they don't treat everyone the same way that they did to us on Tuesday and today Friday, if the reason that they act like that is because they don't like Spanish speaking people or people of color you should have a sign outside the front entrance that say WHITE peoples only and if that is the reason I should understand and I will turn around and leave, thank you for make our time in your place miserable, and the only mistake that I did was to take my 2 grandson to your place tonhave some fun in their spring break vacation.nThank you

Great place to bowl plenty of lanes, there is an arcade and slots if thoes are your things. Masks are required and it is a safe family fun place.

Kimmie and Kelly are the best bartenders around. Great service and personality. Love them to death!!!!
