The main reason I provided this score was due to the exceptional service I received from Mr. Arnold. He was on time, courteous, and did everything he could to maximize my refund within the standard limits. He made conversation with me while he completed my refund, remembered my tax issues from the previous year and even followed up to ensure I received the email to review the refund completed. I can't wait to see him again.

I gotta say I am not happy at all! Miles did my taxes on February 5th. Was told I would receive my return within 21 days. We didn’t receive anything, knowing the IRS accepted them on the 13th. Called IRS waited for about 2 hours and the woman I spoke with said there is info that was entered incorrectly. They have to review them again and it will take up to 10 weeks. May 17th. It’s a literal joke.

Good customer service and professionalism every year. I just suggest having the reps wear headphones or be in a private office for video calls.
