I always have good experience at Flawless. I have been getting my haircut there for a few years now. My Barber, Dionna, and all the other Barbers are consistently polite and welcoming. The service and overall quality is topnotch. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

With COVID still running rampant, we were shocked to find the staff in this place were completely oblivious to the current health threat, no masks, no social distancing, no concern. Now I am not offended by harsh language, but I have not seen a shop where the STAFF - led by the owner - was as inconsiderate and rude as this bunch who carried on in front of children with no shame at all. Now for the coup-de-gras and impetus for this review. Ran across the owner of FLAWLESS, ironic name choice, in the Walgreens down the street from her shop and her beyond rude behavior seems to be her m.o. Carrying on all loud and vulgar on a speakerphone conversation, again with kids around. Walgreens has a posted policy that patrons must wear masks. This chick not only chose to disregard the policy, but when a senior citizen asked her for additional distancing as she express having a comprised immune system. Not only did Ms Flaw disregard the request, her reply was obnoxious and cruel.
