I agree with one of the other reviewers that this facility was so much better when it was owned/operated by Cardinal Fitness. The staff is overall okay, but the customer service overall is nothing exceptional. Occasionally they will greet you when you enter, but mostly, they don't. It is clean and well maintained. I also like that it's never overly crowded and you can get in a good workout without the wait. It is also reasonably priced.
Friendly and helpful staff that truly care about their clients. Very clean facility. Really good selection of workout equipment. Fun and challenging classes!
Loved this location when we lived in the area. Very welcoming and they have PHENOMENAL customer service. Really an advocate. We miss being able to go there.
I had a whole fiasco where I was getting charged for months when the gym was closed during the pandemic and the manager would refuse to speak to me. So rude any time I talk to them about billing(during a pandemic when people are struggling) and I do not recommend them or will be going there ever again. Spend a little more on a gym that’s better than this one.
They have everything that you could need for a great workout. Afternoons are slow, so that is when I go. Stinky locker rooms force me to dress at home
