The employees harassed me because i can't wear a mask. I definitely won't be going back.
Not like that the cashier had a reward card and not even ask me if I had a reward card so she used her reward card n scan what I had paid for. Real sad..
Worst Speedway customer service experience EVER. Samara treated me terribly, very rude. She made me not want to go to another speedway AGAIN. Management do some better hiring even for a gas station attendant, RAISE YOUR STANDARDS. Terrible.
Stopped at this store today (7-29-20) at 2:27pm to purchase two packs of cigarettes and the cashier Samara and manager on duty, which was a lady was VERY DISRESPECTFUL & RUDE!!!! I was called several “b” words, my deceased mom was called several “b” words, my service was refused by the manager due to the cashier’s mistake. I was recorded on cellphone video by the manager without my consent and threatened to have the police called on me all because the cashier gave me the wrong item. The manager never told the cashier her behavior was inappropriate, she didn’t try to defuse the situation or come to service me herself. Instead, she joined in with the disrespect, rudeness and threats. These two was rude, very unprofessional, disrespectful, poor customer service and management skills.
