Store is very organized and clean but the pharmacy is horrible they don’t notify you when something has changed or they don’t have your medication. They are rude and very slow. No communication what so ever. Customer service is horrible. I rather travel back to Indiana at least I know I’m going to be taking care of by great customer service.

I called trying to update my insurance information and instead of helping me, I was read a pre-written transcript, multiple times, with the pharm tech not even listening to what I said. Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a pharmacy. Seriously, wow.

Absolutely terrible. There's no sense of urgency whatso ever when it comes to filling individuals prescriptions. My prescriptions had to be transferred over from Walgreens, I started the process on 12-07-2020. Checked my app a couple days later to see the status of the scripts, nothing was there. On 12-13-2020 I went to the pharmacy to see if my scripts had been filled and just wasn't showing on my app, no that wasn't the case. The pharmacist hadn't called Walgreens to get my scripts transferred. As of today, a week later I still do not have my meds. This is the worst. I'll be so glad when open enrollment is here so that I can change my insurance, and go back to Walgreens.

I went to CVS today and they have great customer service and are very helpful I recommend.
