I came in ready to sell my car after hearing about how easy it is with CarMax and how reasonable their offers were. I came in with my title, two sets of keys and my car and left impressed with a check in hand after accepting their offer. I definitely recommend and am looking forward to buying a car there for whenever I may need an additional vehicle!
I have bought three cars from CarMax and find the whole car buying experience easy. No hassle means not spending three hours getting your price. The staff was excellent. The process was Swift and Covid procedures were rigidly followed. They make car buying a happy experience! They even take a picture of you with your car which has a big bow on it.
Had car shipped, after a week of waiting I called to find out that they never shipped the car. Car was finally delivered to dealer and scheduled a test drive when i arrived was informed the vehicle was not charged (chevy volt) had to reschedule another test drive the following day. On the good side the sales people were very friendly and helpful.
My experience was great. I liked having many choices. The sales rep. was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would diffidently , recommend to others.
Bought my first car from CarMax the other day, by far the most respectful and easiest experience I have had. I worked with Sam who helped me get an amazing car for a great price. 100% recommend. He and his associates who helped me were extremely patient and respectful towards me unlike other dealerships I have been to. Amazing!!
