Everyone here is amazing. From beginning to end, they walked me through everything. This was my first time buying a car & they made it so easy. Even when I couldn’t afford the truck I wanted they helped me find an even close to truck & with a better price. I love my truck!
I am going to try to be kind:nWe were interested in purchasing a used 2020 Ram 2500 truck. We had to sleep on it to determine our finances regarding the monthly payments and if this was the right truck to purchase. I was back and forth with Barbara in trying to help us to make it work. ud83dude42. Next day: I was communicating with my husband. As most of you know that unless you are working behind a desk you don’t have direct access to your phone. So with that said....I didn’t get my responses back quickly. So the dealership “DID NOT” honor us as a customer. ud83dude21. What the dealership did was dump us and sold it to another client after us that was doing a trade in and was paying full price offered. Mind you....I was still trying to make this purchase. This was clearly poor service. We were first in this deal...... this dealership was just out for the money versus the customer. I am just going to stop here..... ud83dude21ud83dude21.
Bought a 2021 Ford F-150 this week at Van Drunen Ford! Great guys that would there and were really helpful! Skip was my main guy and he was fantastic! Real nice guy! Bob in the auto shop is really awesome as well!! I will always come here!
I bought a Ford Escape 2020. Absolutely love the SUV.nSkip was very knowledgeable on all operations of the car. Very enthusiastic and friendly, easy to talk to. Most of all he is a Cubs fan!nBarb in finance was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me make the right choices to finance my car.nBruce was very professional and made sure I was happy with everyone helping me.nIt was a great experience and I will send family and friends to Van Drunen to purchase a car when needed.
Love this place!!!! The sales people are so nice and helpful. They try to help you get the car you want with low monthly payments. The manager at the dealership is so respectful.
