Our salesman Alex was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The business manager, Trina was a pleasure to work with for the second time and our all around experience was very good. We always expect the car buying experience to be painful and it was not. It was pretty easy and straightforward which we appreciated.
Great people!!! They have been wonderful called when they said they would call and have been handing everything. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this group at all. If I could give them more stars I would! Would recommend i you are looking for a new or used car.
The salesman Tom was friendly & courteous! He made sure she knew how to operate all of the cars features! He was efficient with the paperwork. We were in & out fast! Will definitely ask for him when I purchase another vehicle!
Andrew, our salesman was great. Informative, helpful but not pushy. Loved the encore, but I'm a big guy with a bad knee, and physically it was uncomfortable for me to drive. Unfortunately I'm not ready at this time to move up to a larger vehicle. I will come back and see you in a couple years when I'm ready to replace my wife's caddy.
This dealership was the definition of professional and friendly. Alex was super nice and let us test drive 3 separate cars with patience and knowledge about each vehicle.
