The staff was amazing. In the middle of a blizzard, they were able to clean off six different vehicles. And they did it with a smile. They made sure that I found the exact car with the features that I wanted. They are also very competitive with the pricing. But mostly I appreciated Monet and the staff for taking the time to meet my needs.

Jamie Storako was awesome. She was personable, showed empathy, worked hard to sell us on buying a car from her but wasn't pushy at all, and went the extra mile. She had the car washed twice to make sure it was spotless. In addition, the extra set of keys for the car were missing. She promised she would track them down and mail them to us. Sure enough, the keys arrived in the mail yesterday, only 4 business days after we purchased the car.

Awesome service and staff! Salesman Jermaine Wood was very friendly, attentive and understanding. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he ensured he found a vehicle that fits me. A vehicle that was within my budget and to my liking. Extremely satisfied!! This is my second lease with Honda and will be back.

Gerald Honda was extremely flexible for me to test drive a vehicle with very short notice. I tested and purchased my vehicle with Jermaine Wood. Jermaine was extremely friendly and welcoming. When test driving the vehicle, Jermaine was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and it’s features. This allowed me to fully understand the capability of my potential purchase. When negotiating, Jermaine was very respectful and gave us plenty of pressure-free time to discuss. Negotiations were very friendly and pleasant, unlike how I expected the typical car negotiation to take place. I would highly recommend Jermaine for his knowledge of Honda Vehicles, as well as incredibly friendly and pressure-free personality.
