I like how they have the 2 speakers to make the process quick and smooth. God knows how they remember who orders what. Great job.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD’S!!! I had to go back THREE times. The first time they forgot my burger. The next time they made my hamburger a cheeseburger. When I called I told her I wanted my whole meal remade and reimbursement. She said okay and I told her I was on my way. The manger left and another manager told me she said to NOT give me my food. TALK ABOUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone was rude there, the manager said there was nothing she could do and I told her the other manager was going to put me in the book and she claims she didn’t. THEY NEED NEW MANAGERS. Never have I experienced such bad management skills. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. Not only that, they hung up the phone! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Good food, but you should check your order before you leave drive thru

Ordered a mcchicken only mayo got one with no mayo. Ride and don't want to give me my correct food. They were also out of the holiday pies ud83dude24

I would not spend my money here. I wen to this location in Frankfort, IL on Lincoln Highway. The person that took my order in the drive thru was either not paying attention or maybe had audio issues. I told her I wanted two double cheeseburgers with no ketchup and a large order of fries, verbatim. She asked me if it was no ketchup on both burgers. I replied yes. She then asked me two more times if I wanted no ketchup on both burgers. Finally I repeated my order as before. She then replied “there’s no need for the attitude”. ( Now I’m a 60 years old female talking to a teen aged girl). By this time, three cars from behind me have entered the other line and have gone on with their orders ahead of me and there’s a couple more cars behind me that have gone around me and are now blocking my way to pull ahead for my order. When I finally had a chance to drive forward, I just kept going and headed to a different McDonalds and the experience was a way better one there. When I got home, I called the Frankfort McDonald’s s. The young lady that answered did not announce herself. I asked for a manager and she claimed to be the manager. I asked her name and she said she couldn’t give it to me. I then asked her for the general manager’s name and she said she was not allowed to say. I asked her if I needed to call corporate to find out and she replied “that’s fine”. I told her I would do so and she said “that’s fine” and she finally said her own name was Cindy and she told me that she wanted to make sure I wasn’t running a scam before she told me her name. I told her that was irrational and unreasonable and I was going to write corporate. She said “that’s fine” and hung up the phone. Is there any wonder why my experience was less than positive at this McDonald’s? Apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree.
