Friendly, FAST service. Always pipin' hot. Excellent deals for the lunch crowd that work within the area. The only thing I would change about this location would be an increase in wages for the fantastic employees.
You’ll only receive great customer service between 7am and 11:00am after that all hell breaks loose. No more “welcome to matteson McDonald’s can I take your order”! Or a thank you your amount is $$$ please pull forward. They are extremely rude each and every time. Bad attitudes and cold fries/or fried too long ud83cudf5f every time. Stop hiring anybody.
I have mixed feeling about this location. They are not consistent in service and product. My purchase was $3.76, 5 bill and . 76 change. I had to tell the cashier he owed me a dollar. Then I asked the second window for grape jelly and a knife twice. She said it was on the bag. You trust that is true only to park 3 miles away and now without a knife to spread my jelly. I didn't want to slow the line down by checking my bag.. lesson learned again.
Haven't been there in awhile, but they got my order right, gave me enough BBQ sauce and my drinks where accurate
One star is missing because every time I come here with a medium size order, they always forget something and I have to come back. But, because they always fix my order, at hat is what make me come back and give them another chance. Not the best, but not the worst McDonald’s
