I loved the presentation at the Chicago airport and how courteous the lady was. I was able to sample a few before my purchase. Delicious chocolates. Worth it!
Would be less stars if I could.nnHands down the worst company I've ever ordered anything from in my entire life. Customer service is also non existent. Placed an order 2 weeks ago, never received shipping confirmation. Called and spoke with a rep, they apologized and over nighted it due to their error. Received my package, only to find out I had one item, out of the 5 I purchased. After speaking to multiple different people who could not help me, I was finally able to speak with a manager who, again, apologized, refunded my order, and shipped out a new one. Great. Today I received my package, only to find out AGAIN, this is not what I ordered, and was supposed to be sent to somebody in California. I live in Virginia! Now I have to wait 2+ weeks to give specific people Christmas gifts because of their lack of customer service and quality checks. Do not order from here.
I went through in September and the young lady was GREAT! My husband loved the chocolates that she recommended.
Really delicious chocolate. Tres leches with the salt on the bottom tastes great!
I bought it because of the purple color that attracted me at the airport. It tastes good but not one of the best. I was surprised to find out later that they charged the paper bags which I didn't need. They could have told me that. Will warn everyone to pay attention to the receipt.
